Hello TT community!
I have been out of TT community for a few months due to some business related issues, but we are back full throttle now that the dust has settled. I am currently working on a series articles and videos for the TT family, but always want to know what is keeping you from riding/racing efficiently, fast and for a long time? If it isn't on the bike, what other frustrations are you dealing with: cramping, hydration, flexibility, etc.?
I am happy to dive into any and all frustrations, I just want to make sure they are relevant to YOU and YOUR riding and/or racing?
