Stronger Lower Back = Less Sitting
The human body is incredibly smart and when it becomes tired, it will take the path of least resistance. Even though we know that standing is the ideal way (the majority of the time) to control a motorcycle and is the most efficient way to ride, when the body becomes tired (especially your lower back), you will find yourself sitting more (resulting in slower riding and more work to control). Here is a simple exercise you can implement throughout the day - strive for 10-15 reps at the top of every hour. Compliment this exercise with some air squats and you are on your way to more strength and endurance on the motorcycle (regardless of the riding you do).
