USD conversion (RSW trees, '06 RM tubes, original stock springs and new set of Race Tech .92 springs, 450x wheel, 606 tire, two axles, speedo drive & cable, brake rotor, Belray fork oil, Acerbis fork covers ) - $700

Head (decent with minor scoring on center journal) - $100

Crank (rod small end is shot) - $50

600R kickstart conversion parts (spindle, sidecover, idler gear)- $200

Stock gas tanks (several years two in 90%+ condition, 1 50%, no keys) - $80/each for the good two, $25 for the white one

Stock speedometer assembly (decently clear cover lens, works correctly) with cable and drive (typical crack at retaining screw) - $100

400R oil cooler - $80

600R pulser boss - $15

IMS smog block off kit - $5

Gas tank shrouds (red outers with inners) - $50

Chinese CDI (works great as backup, I don't like the map for continuous use) - $15

I'm in Little River, SC. 

I don't know whether or not the speedo will work on the XL or not.  The front wheels are the same size, meaning the ratio of the drive would be the same for both bikes.  The mounting of the speedo and the length of the cable is an unknown for me.

Sorry for the delay, I'm not on here regularly anymore.  I thought I'd get emails with the questions.

600R countershaft install is the first and most major thing.  That takes splitting the cases.  When my last L shaft went bad I installed the 600R shaft to prep for kickstart and just never installed the rest of the stuff.  After you have the 600R countershaft then, yes, this stuff and the kicker lever.
