OK the only mod i did to the carb was the o-ring and the JD kit... But please help me so i can vote....I did the JD kit with the red needle at 4th clip, 165 main, 45 pilot, larg O-ring...With all other mods included i still get a bog as if its not running crisp. When of course i ride it, ive also turn the fuel screw all over the board... I cant tell if its a lean or rich bog but if i were to gues i would say to try a 48 pilot....Now if you help me i can vote becuase this is a very helpfull thread. Great job to you johnnyairtime.

when you say o-ring changed to the large one is it part of the jd jet kit or something to do with the quick shot acc. pump?

I changed my jets, and that's it. Bike runs fantastic! Not sure why you'd need to do the accel pump mod, because it seems to runs great without it.

If you have a 2008 or later, the mod is done at the factory.
