Rebuilding 98 TE410, have extra parts

Hi,

I'm reassembling my motor and have two of these bushings with no place to go. Based on the parts diagrams, it looks like maybe they belong pressed into the rocker arm (4 of them in total). But my rocker arm appears to have bushings in it already, and these two bushing look too small. I'm pretty sure they came from the valve cover area, so I've included a few pics so someone might be able to tell me if I'm missing something. Any help is much appreciated!

Ahhh I think I found where this part goes, between the cylinder and the head. Looks like I need to take a few steps back.
