Slotted knob about 3/8ths in diameter on the left side straight down from the choke, near the fuel inlet.

Thanks. Next question, how do you know the bike is at 1800 rpm to set the fuel screw?

1800, schm1800. get it running at a good comfortable idle, then as you adjust the screw in/out, the idle will speed up or slow down. Put it where the idle is the highest. then adjust your back to the level you like.
