Plastic interchangeability

I recently bought a used 2003 200 EXC with the independant rear fender and number plates that are pretty beat up, so I will be replacing all the plastics. Is there a way to convert to the 2004-2007 one piece tail section? Does the airbox and subframe need to be changed? drilled or modified? What about seat? Will it work?

Any help is appreciated.
