So the 2ts are more work then?

based on the 2strokes and 4strokes i have owned, the 4strokes are more work and money.

most 4strokes won't go 200 hard hours without work on the valves. All my 2strokes will go 200 hard hours and then you just pop in a new piston and do it again.

Race bikes are more work than trail bikes.

There are very few trail 2 strokes anymore.

In my experience I work on my 2 stroke more often but it's very simple and easy to work on.

I have not owned a "race" 4 stroke for more than a year so I've not worked on any of mine often but when I do work on a four stroke it takes a lot of time and patience and special tools.

Gas Gas, Beta, KTM, Husqvarna, TM, Husaberg all make and import trail 2 strokes.
