Clutch wear

I decided to check my clutch this morning after a weekend of riding and here's what I found. Basket isn't notched but a few of my plates are showing some wear on the surfaces by the teeth (see left side of disk in pic). Is that normal and does it affect how it runs? It has been stalling a lot and I don't think it's me. I suspected the clutch but think it may just be the idle.

Also didn't see it until I looked at the pic but is that washer supposed to be bent up like it is in the middle? Looks like it's ok as it matches the service manual but it has some dings around it.

Thanks in advance for any assistance or comments!

ETA: It's a 2011 250R

looks fine. the marks on the teeth wont affect anything and the bent washer in the middle is a lock washer it stops the nut from coming loose

I would be concerned as to how the wear on those outer arms got there...

I kind of am. Any ideas? I did flip this one for the picture so it was originally worn side down when I took it out.
