Distanzias and the correct load index for a SM

So while looking for some Distanzias for my SM, I realized there was a selection of different of load indexes for these tires. Correct me if I am wrong but,the higher the load index, the more weight the tire was designed for...right?

Not sure on that, but one thing I do know is for the SM compound Distanzias, there is only one front and two rears (150 vs 160) available, so you don't really have much of a choice. All those other sizes are for dual sport/adventure bikes are a harder compound and taller aspect ratio.

Yeah I was aware of that...I was going to go with the 150 and call it a day

You are correct, the higher the number, the higher the load that the tire can carry.

Sweet...I think I know what to get now...thanks to those that replied
