easy to pull rear wheel bearing out?

i have a 06 yz250f that has a rear wheel bearing that i can pull out with my finger and just put it back in? do i have a worn out hub? or just bad bearing?

That is weird, lol.. What all have you checked, if anything (ie the size of the bearing).

Did you ride with a bad wheel bearing for long? I've read that can wear out the hub pretty quick.

Is this a NEW bearing you can do this with?

I have the same problem with a new rear wheel bearing on the sprocket side of my 2008 KTM 250 SXF.  It fell out when I was changing the tire after replacing this weekend.  I replaced the bearings it about a month ago so they are new with new dust seals.
