Is anybody subscribed to Ryno Gym? I'd like to get a healthier diet set up for myself and keep my self in shape during the winter when I can't ride. Just wondering if its worth the subscription to join his online program?

Buy some studded tires and ride.....

As  for Ryno, no I have never signed up or used them. I think its a waste of cash. You can pick up a million books on eating better and combine that with a local personal trainer at the gym and get equally as good results....
