2012 300 EXC Header

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I don't know much about the new KTM 2 strokes. I was borrowing my dads 300 since my bike needs a few repairs. I do most of the work on this 300. e.g. Change oil, clean air filter and basic maintance stuff. Now I was checking the bike over and I found the header pipe had a lot of play in it. Is this right? Or is it meant to be sturdy? How if its wrong how do I fix it??

There is usually a little movement, check out the o-rings at the flange, they wear out pretty quick.

Thanks. Also would I be able to use motorex ATF dexron 3 for gear oil in the bike?
