I got it from McMaster Carr.  8mm ID 11mm OD

Man I'm gonna apologize in advance because I guess I'm an idiot.....     I'm having the hardest time finding "brass" bushings on McMaster's site....   What you show in your picture looks like a drill bushing but all of those are steel....   Would you mind just posting up the part# for the one you bought...   Maybe I can get find it if I have that.

Here you go.. requires just a touch of filing to take down the width, but it works perfect and gets rid of the slop.

edit:  just noticed you posted the correct link.  That is the one.

Bought a 2020 500 RRS 2 weeks ago. So far I added 20mm handlebar risers, Acerbis front disc guard, Enduro Engineering rear disc guard and Beta radiator guards.
All looks awesome. Only problem I had was now gas light on. I checked tank connectors twice and all good. Any suggestions?

The Beta electrical gremlins. My 2019 does the same thing. I brought it in under warranty for the fuel light remaining on. Dealer replaced a sensor or wiring or something to fix it. Was not a case of loose or disconnected wires.

Installed a Clake One Light Clutch today. My buddy has pretty much told me it’s mine if I want it. Riding tomorrow so we will see how it goes.

Bleeding front brake and clutch lines from master cylinder is a pain in the ass without tools. The easiest way is to force fluid in from the slave cylinder bleeding nipple with a large medical syringe and some pvc tube that fits snug over the nipple. This way the air bubbles are pushed upwards the line with a much larger volume, instead of pushing them down with the small volume of the master cylinder.

No doubt. This seemed like the easy way and I followed the Clake install video. If I keep it and install a new line I’m hoping it will be easier.

Since its 120 degrees here right now in the desert, I sent my suspension in to get revalved and took the opportunity to install the IMS 3.1 gallon tank and the Seat Concepts IMS seat.  It was not too difficult (besides working in the garage inferno), and definitely undo the wire harness from the battery side to reroute underneath the frame.  I also rerouted the positive wire underneath the frame on the righthand side since the IMS tank seemed to be resting on it, but I don't know if that will now get in the way of installing the upper shock bolt until I get the shock back.

Beautiful 2019 U have there!

I might suggest while U have it partially apart that U pull the swing arm and grease the pivot bearings in it and your linkage.  I promise they need it.  I’ve pulled them on brand new bikes and they needed grease.  Those Italians are stingy with their grease!

And be careful with the needle bearings.  Those sucks will fall out in a heartbeat.

Thanks, already did the linkages on both bikes, but was procrastinating on the swing arms.  This post just pushed me to do the swing arms as well. LOL.

Yes, repacking needle bearings is a PITA!
