Did the top end on my 300...I had a 150 hours on the 2nd piston. Also went a little crazy on the ports with a dremel. Polished the exhaust port and disassembled/cleaned the powervalve. Also cleaned up the transfer ports, some casting flaws plus a blunt edge on the transfers.

I take it your 300 is a 2stroke? I have close to 300 hours on my 400RR. Just pulled the cylinder off today and she is perfect shape.

What did I do to my Beta? Dual sported my 300rr around with a buddy in this great spring weather. It snowed her a week ago. Lol. Summer is on its way!

Today I shot a small video after a ride through town:

Saturday and sunday I installed the supermoto rims, th 7000 lumen LED headlight from Cyclops (i like it!) and the 4 gallon IMS tank and new seat from seat concepts, the conversion of the tank is pretty simple, the problem was the leakage. From the 5 possible openings 3 leaked. Also the fitment of parts from IMS don't really fit that good. I feel like the Lamborghini of Enduro bikes just got a Kia tank....

But I do like the looks: broad shoulders.

Got some wolfman luggage. Had to get creative with the exhaust side strap. Made my own heat shield. These aren't nice to the plastic/stickers but it's much better riding without a backpack so it's worth it to me. Also trying out some folding powermadd mirrors.

Getting Tubbliss installed on both the Xtrainer and the 300RR. The 300RR is also getting a Shinko Cheater for the rear.

I need to get another bike stand, bucket works for now.

Tearing into forks to put heavier springs on the 300 rr. Never worked on forks before. Hope it works when it gets back together. 20180316_173300.jpg20180316_174342.jpg

And a little March madness. Not a bad night.

Change the fork oil while you've got them open.

These are the two most important parts. You can find the fan a bit cheaper if you search around on eBay.The fittings are 2.3/4” barbed tube fittings to 1/2” pipe thread into a 1/2” pipe coupling. I drilled the coupling and tapped it for the temp switch. I cut off a portion of the barbed part and the pipe threads on the fittings to save weight you just need to leave enough engage the hose and coupling. I soldered all the connections and heat shrinked them. the plug is a standard plug I cut off a kill switch I had laying around. You could use different fittings but I would stay away from plastic as they could melt if you overheated.
