shorty=bottom end power powercore 2=top end power. its just a exhaust. id rather save money for a suspension revalve

The Powercore silencer mixed with the FMF Fatty exhaust pipe make a huge difference together.  It doesn't make the 125 a 250, but it'll make it a lot closer to the stock KTM 150. 

 

My experience with stock pipes has always been the same, from my CR 500 to the Gas Gas to my KTM--the FMF Fatty pipes are awesome.  They open up the higher RPMs, make the engine sing on top, and makes the torque off the bottom softer so the bike is more controllable in the rocks.  But that's offroad.  For motocross I would imagine the Fatty pipes are better than others.
