also on the a&l brackets is says for use with standard bar sizes only?

wht di they consider standard sizes?

i have sm with 1 1/8 bars.

The Vapor I bought came with both 7/8 and 1 1/8 bar mounts.

Why you switching to a vapor? I kind of want to know more about them. What do people do when their odometer is off then?

I went to the vapor for swapping wheels. 1 wheelset has not speedo drive. I have the diameters so it is dead accurate. Plus I have a tach and engine temp etc.

you can enter a mileage/kilometer amount (if desired) to make it match the actual bikes miles

That is sweet... now I really want one. It:

 

1. has more accurate speedo

2. temp gauges

3. tach

4. looks better

 

Oh god now im gonna waste money on something else i don't need

Considering they are $800+ from suzuki I wold say you could get more for it than what a Vapor costs, of course this depends on the mileage of your current unit.
