Re-using motor mount bolts?

It says in the clymers manual to disguard the motor mount fastners after removal. I see tons of used mounts/bolts on ebay but cant seem to find new ones anywhere. Is re-installing these bolts with a dab of loc-tite really that bad of an idea?

My motor has been out a few times and I have never replaced the bolts... Just do not over torque them and they should be fine.  I have never bothered to loctite them and they have stayed tight.

Some lawyer talk.  There are no single use bolts or lock nuts on a Suzuki DRZ400.  Yes, re-use the motor mount fasteners.  And by the way, if Clymer says "bolts", they got it wrong.  It is the friction lock nuts that Suzuki said to replace.

As stated there are no torque to yield fasteners used on this bike..

Clean, check threads, use some thread lock to seal as well as lock the treads, reuse
