Big Bore Install, No Wont Run w/o Choke

I just finished rebuilding my engine. Put a big bore kit on it with a 12.2:1 base gasket. I have the moose jetting kit. The bike had a 150 main, I just bumped it up to a 155.

Before the rebuild, the bike started up right away and idled fine.

Now the bike runs with the choke on, but idles very high. With the choke off, the bike will barely run. If you are moving with the choke off it will pop and sputter, then die if you let off the gas.

I'm thinking this means its running too lean. Am I running too lean because of the big bore? Any recommendations where to go with the jetting?

Clogged pilot or you have the pilot in the wrong place.

When did you do the jet kit? What pilot? Did you do the fuel screw? Positive the cam timing is correct?

Reconnected the vacuum hose to the petcock?

Air leak anywhere? Sounds like a possible error with the rebuild. It should run decent without carb changes if it was smooth before

The petcock vacuum line was pulled off. I'll fire it up tomorrow and see what happens.
