Rear shock linkage movement

Hi all, i noticed the other day when my bike was on a lift stand that my rear wheel will move up about an inch without moving the shock then it starts to move it, had a look and it seems something in the linkage may need fixing but not sure, anybody had this happen before?

You can get a linkage kit for it from pivot works most likely. Most likely its worn thin and you'll have to cut the races out with a dremel and carbide tip.
