Broken fork adjuster screw

So I bought a 2000 cr250, It's my first bike and I got it on a trade, but right after the guy left I noticed that one of the fork adjusting screws is snapped off, So do I have I replace the whole top of the fork? I know it prlly says in the manual (which is on it's way). But thought I'd ask anyway.

Find a good suspension company and have them repair it for you.  I had the rebound adjuster screw break on my 05 450 and my suspension guy just fixed it when he revalved my suspension.
