How bad will 323 lbs bog down a 09kx450f

450's rip.  Get the proper springs for your weight and start training, practicing, and reading.

that bike is an animal so you will be just fine......it will carry you a helluva a lot faster than you will want to go!!! just go have fun with it and good luck big man!!!
