Loose big end bearing

Hi guys,

I just recently bought a WR200 1992 and seized the crank due to water leaking through the head gasket, so I got new big end bearings and the crank rebuilt and came to put it back together and realized the right bearing is loose in the case, does this matter?

Yes, very much so...The bearing is a press in fit. Maybe show your dealer, wrong bearing? Warped case?

Bearings are the same as old ones, Pretty certain they are the right ones. The case where the bearing sits looks worn, can I just use loctite?

Sounds like time for a new case.

LOCTITE 641 looks like it would be better

620 is better yet, for temperature reasons.
