Rm80 mixing coolant with oil in crank

Hey guys 2001 rm80 with the coolant mixing. I changed the head gasket torqued it down correctly and it's still mixing. That being said I think that it's the water pump seal. How hard would it be to change that? I think I am mechanically in inclined I can do breaks head gaskets and stuff. Let me know thanks for your help

Replace #20, it's the water pump seal.  You only need to pull the water pump cover and the large right side clutch cover.
