How to reduce Arm pump

Can anyone help me reduce arm pump as Im not riding as much as I would like and near 40 years young 

Dont want operations just tips to help to reduce this bad arm pump I get 

My forarms are very tight ever before I ride which does not help and I try not to where tight clothing and I also have small hands so I grip the bars more than most

Ride more. Try holding the bike with you legs. This will allow you to loosen your grip in spots. Stretch your hands, and message your forearms before, and after getting on the bike for a minute or two.

Seriously , loosen your grip a lil and run with index or middle finger covering clutch and brake levers all the time. Also , remember , elbows up like you are rowing a boat.
