Are my brake pads worn out?!?!

Took a few fast, long rides in the mud. How many more rides y'all think I can get outa these??

Oh they've been replaced. These are trash now. Mud wears them so fast. My uncle has a 1996 CR 500 with hundreds of hrs on it, never replaced pads bc he rides desert. Dry terrain makes them last indefinitely

I run HH rear pads when it's wet. Way longer wear than carbons and modulate well in wet, muddy, gritty times. But when it dries out they turn your brake into a lockup light switch. 

Brake pads are $20 and 10 min of labor.  Replace them ASAP

I would definitely go for sintered pads, or metallic. They both last long, but wear out your disk faster. 

 

You can never win...

I say they're good if no fluid is leaking.
