Water in oil

Went to change the oil in my daughters KX100 and it came out like milk. It hasn't been ridden in 2 months because I was rebuilding my bike, but I do change oil every third ride. Blown head gasket?

I'm never done with repairs. Even on a good day when nothing breaks I still seem to be out tinkering with the bikes constantly. Maybe I'm just OCD ?
