The left intake is .003 and the right intake is .005. Now the right exhaust valve is .007 and the left exhaust is .007

Those clearances are too tight relative to manual spec's, but it should kick start or at least bump start. Do you have the shims to fix the clearances?

The bike was rebuilt at the end of November last year, never raced. There's no way I need a rebuild at this time. I also have another bike that I ride more and race it.

I just saw this from you. I thought you just installed a newly rebuilt head and couldn't start it. Your USED head absolutely could need another rebuild if you let dirt into your intake tract, or sucked up some dirty water. I would assume your valve clearances WERE correct to manual spec's when the rebuilt head was installed, but it appears that they are closing up on you, which is not good and is typically a sign of dirt particles entering into the motor.

.005" Intake, .011" exhaust, +/- .001" on both.

In last November I got my whole entire motor rebuilt, just two weeks ago I sent my head back to the guy to get the valves redone again. He replaced the valves, the seats, the shims. I am now putting my new head rebuild into my old rebuild in the motor that was done last November.

Did he purposely set the valve clearances tighter than manual specification? Are you running a stock cam? I would contact the guy.

The valves and in specs now. I had a set of shims, it is all timed also. Check to see if and changes.

It did start but it died instantly and is doing the same thing now? I am so confused with the thing!

Not sure what year, but if your bike has the coil on cap setup, wiggle the wire going to the spark plug, they like to break and make the bike run intermittently.

Try checking the kill switch wiring because my friends bike was running all day perfectly it died and he got it restarted after along time rode it maybe 100ft an it died and wouldnt restart so we went through most things listed in this forum and we just uplugged both of the kill switch wires and it fired first kick

Hi after cheacking your valves/refitting the head did you release the cam chain tensioner?if you just removed it and put it back in you will have way to much tension on the cam chain it will fire but it will not start.

Bike will not run!! I took it to local bike shop and it was test with no compression, piston ring was seized into the piston. The top end it now fixed and it still won't fire?? The top end it fixed, all new valves, new plug, it is getting gas to the plug, has spark... Anyone have an idea? And it is a 2006, also I did unplug the kill switch...

Hi take a look at the keyway that locates the flywheel to the end of the crank if the nut was lose the keyway will fail and the flywheel would have rotated it will still spark just at totaly the wrong time.

Check your decomp. If its not working or is out of adj. It can make it hard to start as well.
