Hey guys, I am trying to figure out what handlebar guards to get for my 2007 CRF 450R with Pro taper high bend bars and a GPR stabilizer under the bar mount. I currently run ASV levers and Pro Taper soft pillow grips with grip donuts. Its a good setup, but I notice I skim a lot of creosote bushes out in the desert. If those bushes were Baja cactus, my hands would be in a lot of pain these days. I ride down in San Felipe during the 250 for fun, and want to do some fun prerunning of the course next year. What are the best guards for District 37/38/AMA Nationals and SCORE Baja racing? I looked up Team Honda/JCR on Google Images and it shifts between unknown brand/MSR/Acerbis. I was thinking of Bark Buster types so if I hit something bit it doesn't pull my lever. I haven't really had any issues hitting trees in the past few years, but as I transition out of District 38 to other races, I begin to worry a bit more. Thanks!
