Fuel leak from carb :(

Ok so i have a cr125 1994. Fuel has now started pouring out of the overflow pipe continuously. I have taken the carb off and apart. all looks very clean inside. float does not seem to be stuck and the float valve itself looks to be in perfect condition.. i have blown through the jets and they are now clear. I have put the carb back on the bike and turned the fuel on. this time the fuel leak came from a pipe on the opposite side of the carb. fuel off and back on this then stopped and now the fuel is coming out of the overflow pipe again but slower than before!

Any help on this would be much appreciated as i have my first race on sunday and would like to get ready for it :(

Does it stop when the bike is running?

Might check the float height, make sure the float is actually floating, then replace the float valve and the float valve seat maybe?
