Brown still runs number 3.  Granted, its in the endurocross series, but he still runs it.

 

There are only so many number that you can use when you get enough National points.  If one comes open, then you take.  

 

You know, back in the day, you didn't get to choose your number, you rode what you earned.   So Brown should be pretty happy he carried it for as long as he did.  The guy can still ride like a banshee.
