04 CRF80 - 90, and 95 main jet

My son's bike won't idle. I suspect it is the pilot jet being clogged. I am ordering a new one - #35 is all that is listed for sale and is what is in the carb.

 

It also seems to not run optimal when mid to full throttle. I am at 5000' elevation and sometimes we would ride up to 8000'

 

The main jet is a #95. I see there is a #90 available. Should I order a #90 for the higher altitudes?
