SX head as an altitude compensator

So I'm laid up with a fractured tibial platuea for at least another month. And I'm going crazy not doing anything to my bike. I really want to do a SX head to help compensate for the altitude. I hate being at the very lowest end of the jetting chart.

The bike is an 05 250 exc. And the average altitude I ride at is around 7500 ft above sea level. So what years SX head will work with my cylinder? And do I need to do anything with the CDI?

Also the crash left the rear wheel pretty messed up. What years of rear wheel will fit?

Thanks

-Dave
