On the dip stick is the oil meant to go to the first line or the second line? And will/won't it start with not enough oil or to much oil??

The bottom line is low line top is full line id put it a tiny bit under the full line ti be safe. It should start regardless of oil level(its just how long it will run for without oil haha) but id check the plug first maybe put a new one in. And what all is happening when u try to start? Noises,start and dies,etc. if u could go a little more in detail

Okay, well when I try and kick the bike it backfires sometimes, when I roll start it, it starts but obviously very gluggy and had no power when I use the throttle? And then stalls? Tried it with the choke on and off, same thing happens? Use to start great before I changed the oil
