Okey but is there any big different to take it apart and change the oil then on the more traditional showa shocks? And bleed the air out like smart performance way on the showa shock?

I have done many shocks before but no one with x ring

the shaft come out from body but you will ruin the x ring.

if you change piston you can also use wp shock stock piston.

but need replace oem piston band with mx tech low friction.

you can also use stock  showa id12 shock piston drill to 16.

about x ring removing tool , is a plastic pieces, thats close the circlip hole and x ring come off more easly

Ok thank's. In that case it sounds like I live it and only change the oil without removing the shaft. Is suzuki still using the x ring on the new bikes?

If I buy the tool it's possible to take it out without ruin the x ring? Where can I buy the tool?
