Should i buy a 07 YZ450F $2200?

From a cold start it starts on 3rd kick and i rode up the street and back and slowly turned around and it cut off??No idea when valves were adjusted or any engine work? has a yoshi slip on exhaust and plastics are in good shape.looking at the frame you can tell its been rode quite alot.needs rear brakes and chains and sprockets with in 6 months,tires in good shape suspension tight and forks didnt seem to be leaking did not see any oil leaks.rode well. what im asking is would you pay $2200 for this bike with the possibility of needing to rebuild top end?
