Laughlin Ride

Hey, I am going to laughlin in two weeks.  Does anyone know of some fun places to ride around Laughlin or Lake Mojave?  I have a plated bike...

About 17 miles up the 163 there is a big open staging area on the left side of the road.  It's about 8-10 miles before you get to the 95.  My parents used to have a place in Searchlight and we would go riding there.

Tons of fun stuff out there......with a plate anywhere is open season.

You going the 22-23rd? BITD Laughlin Harescrambles that weekend

I only know how to get to Oatman from Golden Shores but you can see the original Oregon train from there in a few spots.  Used to live there..

if it isn't too much trouble can you PM me or just post directions for how to get there and where to ride?

ive only been to oatman the main way.....there might be another way in you could prob off highway it most of the way in any direction. ..cool little town def a fun stop. there is lots of stuff to ride and explore right outside Oatman too

i think all around lake mohave is national recreation area marked wide 4 wheel trails only to be legal.....if legality is a concern of yours. ive never ventured up that far on my bike personally.

He said in two weeks.

I use to live in Laughlin and fort Mohave :) great times. There's a little town about 20 mins from fort Mohave called oatman it's like a old western kinda town. They have shows in the streets and donkeys roam the town and you can feed them and stuff. Back on topic but around there there is plenty of desert full of mines and hills to ride! Just google maps it !
