kYB fork valve dampining

has anyone had trouble with loosing fork rebound dampining, no adjustment availble except at the end of the clicker. last three settings?

Could it be the damper rod is threaded too far out in the rebound adjuster giving you only a few usable clicks?

It looks as if the inner cartridge needed to be bleed one more time. When bleeding off the cartridge after assembly, you need to push the dampening rod all the way down to the jamb nut, this will push out the remaining air and fluid out of the cartridge through the upper bleed holes. Now the forks don't knock and now my rebound works.

If there are any experienced suspension guys out there it would be great to hear your feed back.
