stalling going down hill

Despite this being a problematic carb from factory, I have it dialed in via S7 needle jet, pilot, main  .   but lately its been stalling out on the down hills (trail ridin)   everywhere else is good.  would this be as simple as a float adjustment?

Has the weather warmed up? Have you played with the idle?

Here in Vancouver bc, the weather might have warmed up a couple of degrees, but nothing I would suspect as a problem.  Never adjusted idle, its been running great.    Again its only when I am riding down a long slow downhill that it wants to die out. it'll idle all day long when its on a flat plain.
