Hi, my name is Jeff, I am an Agricultural Mechanics and Natural Resources teacher in Greenbrier County WV. I just purchased a locally owned Honda XL250R with 2000 miles..... Its my first real motorcycle..... I am having a hard time finding parts, and information on the bike. I had to replace the cam follower that's mounted in the kickstart side of the bike. I broke the original one while checking the oil screen. Can any one explain what position it should be in when I put the new one in and put the crankcase back together... How hard is to find an original manual or a reprint? Where can I find a couple of rear tail light mounts, and a brake handle? I don't want a new one, I want to keep the bike looking as original as possible.
