EXC 450 Devol Skid Plate

Hi

I ordered the Devol skid plate and it didn't come wth any directions.

The two rubber plugs on the back of the frame are not coming out.

I am thinking of getting a pick hot and trying to pllull/screw them out.

Main question: the kit came with 2 rubber spacers. Do these go between the frame and the plate? Or on the outside of the plate where the bolt heads are?

I noticed the spot between the frame and the skit plate is kind of nippled out.
