Both are motocross bikes. The 150r might be geared a little lower for the woods and have more torc but I would go with the 85. Keep the two strokes alive!! And live without valve problems.

85 Is cheaper lighter and noisier along with having unsaying power up top

150r more expensive, more powerful, and more power all the way through the power band

150r's are great little bikes.

An 85 is cheaper, lighter, easier to maintain, cheaper to own, cheaper to buy and there's a million of them around. 150r's are higher maintenance, cost more and unlike an 85 they haven't been making them for 20+ years so there's a few problems with the earlier ones. 85 all the way unless you're a really serious motocross racer.
