Front sprocket bolt seized in countereshaft threads.

Recommended Posts

Just purchased a 2013 rmz250... noted a couple teeth worn on the countershaft sprocket and went to change it however the bolt is seized in the countershaft.  Didn't wanna heat as I was worried the seal would be compromised. Are the threads reversed or does it loosen the standard direction ??  All of our previous bikes simply utilized a clip..

thanks
