852t crf150r crf230f trails?

I need a new bike my dad wants to buy be a crf230f but i don't like them i desperately want a 85 2t or crf150r which is better will I need a flywheel weight

85= Light weight, easy maintenance, not very good on trails at all.

150R= A bit more maintenance  but has broad power, more expensive to purchase.

230= bullet proof bike great for putting about trails but is heavy.

For trails , I would choose the 230 , it's heavy compared to the others obviously . That's the trade off for reliability .

read about the maintenance for a 150r BEFORE you buy if you are not committed to doing it you will just brick it.

 

the 230 with some simple mods has some power but it is NOT a motocross bike, it will be heavy in jumps

 

 

85 is not really comparable, but again a used one will have some maintenance required but you should find them more of them

 

look at a ttr 225/230 they are comparable to the honda

I also do jumps and stuff on the 150 on our track we made and through creeks
