PWK 39.5 jetting help. 93 KX250

Recommended Posts

Hi guys !!!!!

New here.

I just picked up a 93 KX250 that needs some work.

Anyways I just bored/honed the sleeve to 68.50mm 265cc now, cleaned up the exhaust, raised 1mm and widened 2mm then smoothed everything up.

Intake I matched up the ports and opened up the lowers considerably.

I couldn't get to transfer ports cause all my porting stuff is for automotive.

It has a stock pipe and silencer.

I got a 39.5 PWK off a 91 KX500 that I put on it and could use some jetting help.

It has a 170 main, 60 pilot and #7 slide

I can't read what I wrote down for the needle, it was raining.

Anyways it was really fat so I installed a 48 pilot, it's all I have and moved the needle clip to its leanest position..... It's much better but I know it's still off.

I have air screw out 1.5 turns

Anyone that could lead me in the right direction?

Running on Power 110 with Klotz Benol @ 50:1
