2007 CA KLX110 - Is needle jet adjustable?

It talks about adjusting the needle jet, which I'm familiar wtih on lots of other bikes.  But, lots of other searching has given some conflicting informaiton, saying that the stock needle is not adjustable and you need to use a washer.  Some posts even said that the CA editions were not adjustable.

 

Does anyone know if the stock needle on a 2007 KLX110 (CA, I believe) is adjustable?  If not, it sounds like I should buy an adjustable needle before I pull it apart to do some of the free or low cost mods to it.

Did some more searching and found my answer.  The answers conflict so much that I'm going wtih the one that I found most often, which is that it is not adjustable and I need to shim it with the little Radio Shack washers.

Yup, the stock needle is not adjustable, I had to add a washer when I added my pipe.
