84 IT 250 engine removal

Look at the parts fiche and see if it has loose needles before you tap out the bolt that goes thru swingarm and engine, or you'll have a mess when they drop out!

If its all bushings in there, you can get a jack under it and go up and down while turning the bolt head, get to where it turns easiest, then tap the bolt out with a brass drift that is smaller than the bolt. That's how I've done it, but not on an IT.
