Dunlop MX32 rear tire narrow?

Recommended Posts

I just got my 110/90/19 MX32 installed today and the carcass and tread block design is very narrow.  It is 1/4 inch narrower then my 100/90/19 Bridgestone M404 that I took off.  Im a bit disappointed.

Both the 110/90 19 in the 32 and 52 are narrow and taller than any previous dunlops in this size. Im going to guess its because of the 250F's and their lesser power. The 120/80 is sized normally and is the only choice for 450's or 250 2 smokes.  Only 250f's should run the new dunlops in the 110/90-19. Might as well run the 100/90-19 as the width of the tires are almost the same.

It seems like it is false advertisement then.  110 is the width measurement....this should be a standard measurement.  I would like to hear from Dunlop explain that a 110 is no longer a 110 but more like a 95 width on the 32 and 52 series tires.

Did you like the mx32 rear?

today was the first chance to try it out, and it seemed fine....I was in very sloppy conditions so it wasnt a fair opportunity to try out the tire.  Next weekend I will have a better chance.
