Endurocross FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis Announces EnduroCross Team

Lynden, WA (May 1, 2014)-- FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis’s is pleased to announce the team rooster, as well as new partners, for the 2014 AMA Geico EnduroCross Championship starting May 2nd, in Las Vegas, NV.


FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis’s EnduroCross Team line up includes:


#1 - 2013 Women’s AMA Geico EnduroCross Champion, Chantelle Bykerk, of British Columbia, who will defend her title aboard the KTM 350 XCW-F. Bykerk had an incredible second half of the 2013 EnduroCross season dominating the competition with four-consecutive wins. The 22-year-old is also an ESPN X Games Enduro X Medalist.


#2 – Rachel Gutish joined the FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis this season. The 18-year-old from Indiana won the final round of the 2013 Women’s AMA Geico EnduroCross Championship that was held in Las Vegas. She will race aboard the KTM 250XCW-F.


#9 – 4 time Canadian National Enduro Champion, Bobby Prochnau, returns to the RPM team and EnduroCross looking to get back on the podium. The 28-year-old from British Columbia had his best EnduroCross finish with a 3rd in 2012 in Everett, Washington.  Prochnau will race the KTM 450 XC-F.


#114 – 18-year-old Ty Tremaine of Nevada cut his teeth in EnduroCross last season. The highlight for Tremaine’s rookie year was making the Enduro X main event at the ESPN X Games in Los Angeles. Tremaine will ride the KTM 250 XC 2 Stroke.


 #452 – Fresh off of back-to-back wins at WORCS Pro 2, 24-year-old Travis Coy, from California, will switch to EnduroCross and will race a KTM 250 SXF.  


RPM will also field a satellite team effort in conjunction with Alexander Exhibits. The RPM/AE team riders include Ricky Dietrich #539, who is a former EnduroCross champion and Kevin Rookstool #79, who has EnduroCross podium finishes to his credit.


In addition to a great line of up of racers and sponsors, FMF/RPM/KTM Racing Team Maxxis welcomes new partner’s Motorcycle Superstore Bell Helmets and Klim Gear to the team.

Anyone know if or which races will be aired live online this year? I cant find anything online about it. I know they did a few and since no one has MAV TV it would be nice.
