Im pretty sure anything from 2002-2012 will work on that bike.

The FRONT sprocket does fit all years

09 was the first year of the different motor design. It could very well fit, I doubt it though and don't have a for sure answer.

Hmmm...i just did a search for "2009 crf450r counter sprocket" and the results it showed all claimed to fit 2002-2012 model "r" or "x." It is the internet and they are trying to sell something tho so it could very well be inaccurate.
